Mr.Kelvins Awino, is a dedicated and experienced registered graduate Civil & Structural Engineer of EBK Reg No.B 21204, with an extensive knowledge of engineering principles, theories, specifications, and standards He has over 7 years of experience in the real estate development, Architectural Design, Project Management and Planning in the construction industry.

With a proven track record of accomplishment of successfully complete numerous developments and construction projects, he is responsible for setting the overall Construction strategies,Technical support and managing day-to-day operations of the Paazuri Residence Construction Site. An accomplished graduate engineer from the Technical University of Mombasa, Kelvins is also a certified Project Manager and a member of the Engineers Board of Kenya.
